Policies

Refund Policies and Terms of Service Statements

We have an exchange-only policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next order. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

     * You have received the wrong merchandise - you did not receive what you ordered as listed in the confirmation email (sent to you when you placed your order).
    * You have ordered the wrong size.
    * Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless AGGA B. has sent the wrong size or item.
    * **SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.**

If any one of the above instances should occur, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will e-mail you a Return Authorization form that must be filled out and sent back to us. Your return will not be accepted unless we receive this form prior to receiving your return. AGGA B. must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive back at AGGA B. no more than 10 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in 100% new condition, not worn or washed/dry cleaned with all tags in place. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation of Orders and out of Stock Items

You may only cancel your order via telephone or fax up until the time that your order has been shipped. If the order has been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel.

You are responsible for all shipping costs. AGGA B. may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in most instances we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to discuss your order.

In the event of partial orders, AGGA B. will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order.

** All orders will be confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery and after we receive your payment.

Privacy Policy

AGGA B. is committed to maintaining your privacy and to providing a secure transaction environment. We will not disclose buyers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Your information will only be released as required by law in order to comply with a government or regulatory authority.
